Terms & Conditions

  1. How to Order

    For catering orders, please send an enquiry or email us ahead of time (no later than 48 hrs prior)and allow up to 48hrs for a response. Your order is not confirmed unless a confirmation email along with deposit or full payment is received.

  2. Store Information, Operating Hours & Time Management

    Catering is only available for pickup at

    - The Village, Shop 4/125 Princes Hwy, Dandenong South VIC 3175

    - Monday to Saturday - 10am to 5pm

    We will always endeavour to be on time for your order. However, given the nature of our business and managing regular shop operations, you may experience extended wait times that is beyond our control.

  3. Payments

    To secure your order, payment instructions from the confirmation email must be followed. Full payment must be received prior to pick up unless an agreement has been made to pay a deposit and remaining balance paid on collection.

    We accept credit card payments. Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.7%.

  4. Dietary Requirements/Food Allergies & Food Consumption

    Any dietary requirements or food allergies must be mentioned at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to

    accommodate your request, please note that all of our food contain trace elements due to the kitchen environment.

    For optimal freshness, our food is best consumed immediately. All food must be refrigerated if not consumed within 3

    hours from collection time. When consumed outside of these hours and not refrigerated, we will not be responsible for the

    freshness of our food.

    5. Product Availability & Pricing

    Product availability on all of our food products are used as shown in pictures, subject to season availability. If product is out

    of season, we will make reasonable effort to provide a substitute.

    Prices of food and services on our menu are subject to change due to product seasonal and availabilities and can change

    without any notice.

  5. Order Amendments & Cancellations

    Any order amendments must be made at least 48-72hrs prior to your order. Amendments can be made via email or by

    phone. Amendments is subject to availability and we have the right to refuse amendments.

    To cancel your order, we need at least 72hrs notice and you are entitiled to a full refund, with the option of postponing.

    If you wish to cancel your order between 48-72hrs notice you are eligible to postpone to a later date. Please note deposit or

    full payment will not be refunded.

    For all cancellations under 24hrs notice, deposit or full payment will be forfeited.
